Our Studio’s usually do not require approval as set out by the Building and Development Exemption schedule 1 Part 1.3, Division 1.3.2. Effective 31/03/2008. As long as you live within the ACT.

PLEASE NOTE WE CURRENTLY ONLY SERVICE THE ACT REGION.

We are currently restructuring our prices and we now offer different styles of construction e.g. timber framework (insulated or uninsulated, with electrical or without) whilst still keeping the design of the studios the same. Prices Starting from $11,500.00

See the below Options:

Option 1

(To lock up, uninsulated, timber wall frames and fire retardant ceiling panels.)

Supply and Installation of:

· Cement slab,

· Fire retardant Insulated Roof Panel,

· Custom Orb Colorbond sheets,

· Uninsulated/Unlined timber wall frames,

· One window and one sliding aluminium door.

Option 2

(Fully installed using insulated timber wall frames and fire retardant ceiling panels.)

Supply and Installation of:

· Cement slab,

· Fire retardant Insulated Roof Panel,

· Custom Orb Colorbond sheets,

· Fully insulated timber Wall Frames,

· Gyp-rocked walls and custom wood trim.

· Electrical from power board to studio. (Which includes one double fluorescent light, one double power point for the two smaller sizes and 3 double power points for the two larger sizes),

· One Aluminium Window 1200 X .600mm and one sliding Aluminium Door 1.8 X 2.1m with a timber trim and flyscreens.

Option 3

(Fully Installed using insulated fire retardant wall and ceiling panels.)

Supply and Installation of:

· Cement slab,

· Electrical from power board to studio. (Which includes one double fluorescent light, one double power point for the two smaller sizes and 3 double power points for the two larger sizes),

· Custom Orb or Mini orb Colorbond sheets,

· Fire retardant insulated Wall and Roof panels,

· One window and one sliding aluminium door with a timber trim and flyscreens.
